Orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out Tuesdays & Thursdays within 3-5 business days. The time frame doesn’t take into consideration the time in which it takes to get the order delivered to you from the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other carrier chosen. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

The shipping method in which you choose does not change or affect our company’s current fulfillment time. Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be upheld and guaranteed from the shipping carrier and the company is not responsible for package not being delivered in that time frame. Once your package has been shipped, Luxaroma Delor LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delivery delay of packages.
